Another insightful piece on the important topic of how to receive your performance review – which for some in-house counsel is an annual nail-biter and for others a sporadic, unscheduled process that can make things even more nerve-wracking. One thing is for sure – do not fear negative feedback as it can be key to helping you achieve your career goals. And if it is not provided, sometimes asking for negative feedback can shed light on areas that you never even thought of or give you insight into areas for growth.
