Heather Novitsky Steps Down as General Counsel of LendingTree

Heather Novitsky left the role of General Counsel at LendingTree on October 30, 2026, according to an SEC filing.

LendingTree disclosed that Heather Novitsky will step down as General Counsel of LendingTree, LLC effective December 31, 2026. After that date she is set to stay on as a non-executive employee handling transition work until March 12, 2027, when her employment will end without cause.
