Avoid burnout in a law department? Pshaw. Most law firm associates think of in-house life as Sunshine, rainbows and the occasional Unicorn. The reality is that most in-house counsel work as hard, if not harder, than their Biglaw counterparts. “The client is calling from inside the building!” is commonplace. We’ve posted about this before, but here are some more tips on how lawyers of all stripes can avoid burnout:
