David Pendarvis Steps Down as Chief Administrative Officer and Global General Counsel of ResMed

David Pendarvis left the role of Chief Administrative Officer and Global General Counsel at ResMed on March 30, 2023, according to an SEC filing.

ResMed disclosed that on March 29, 2023 David Pendarvis, its global general counsel, chief administrative officer and secretary, notified the company that he intended to retire effective June 30, 2023, after a 39-year career in law and business.
