When Did Your Company Last Review Its Insurance Program?

Insurance is not a “set it and forget it” risk management tool, and in-house counsel have to make sure their employers regularly review their insurance program:

Insurance Policyholder Partner Tonya G. Newman recently recorded a “Sound Advice” podcast for the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Section of Litigation. Sound Advice is an audio library of practical advice to help ABA members become better attorneys. Tonya’s podcast was entitled “When Did Your Company Last Review Its Insurance Program?” In the 10-minute podcast, Tonya addresses effective risk management and recommends that companies regularly review their insurance programs “with an eye toward the past” and with an “eye toward the future.”
