First it was the Germans, now it is the French.  How soon before this trend sweeps the across the pond (in-house counsel in the US are thinking “uh, never….” as they sip their morning coffee)?

A new labour agreement in France means that employees must ignore their bosses’ work emails once they are out of the office and relaxing at home – even on their smartphones…
