Will the SEC Take the Fun Out of Going to the Movies?

Overlawyered reports that the SEC is investigating whether a movie company’s prescreening of upcoming movies for stock analysts violates securities laws.  Other governmental agencies are investigating whether any crimes were committed when producers inflicted Anacondas: The Hunt For The Blood Orchid on the American public.
