While the debate continues about “less able” law students, perhaps it is time for a holistic review of legal education and preparing students for the actual practice of law. With some States looking to make the bar exam optional or provide alternative paths such as apprenticeships which were prevalent in years past, is the glacial pace of evolution about to change?
