We asked several veteran GCs to share their lists of outstanding general counsel who have been appointed to their first GC post within the past three years. Each provided a different list—showing just how many talented lawyers are stepping up to head legal departments these days.
From their suggestions we selected 10 MVPs—and added another five who are at least as equally qualified to an “honorable mention” list. In making our selections, we wanted to represent people with diverse talents who head legal departments of all sizes with different challenges”
