Top Ten Ways Corporate Counsel can Achieve Good Legal Writing

The Association of Corporate Counsel’s Top Ten list for December 2007 promises to help you improve your legal writing skills. Written by Professor Paula Colby-Clements of the Massachusetts School of Law, the Top Ten list runs through ten concepts that all corporate counsel should keep in mind when preparing legal documents.  If you are not a member of the ACC, make a New Year’s resolution to join – it’s a bargain and you will learn a lot through their innovative programs and helpful publications.
