Snooping on Employee Email

If your company has employees in Greece or Australia, you should take note of recent developments that may limit your company’s ability to monitor employee workplace activity.  Greece has recently limited the ability of employers to review employee email, and a similar law was proposed in Australia in June of last year.  Non work-related Internet use by employees, and active monitoring by employers, have both increased markedly in recent years.
