Preparing for Outsourcing Issues

John Gliedman of Brown Raysman & Millstein, a columnist for Computerworld, has published a new article on outsourcing issues.  He makes the point that the best way to deal with potential problems in an outsourcing relationship is to prepare for them in the agreement at the outset.  He touches on key  contractual terms and conditions such as those dealing with ongoing issue resolution, termination, dispute resolution and post-termination assistance.
