Heffan of Cooley Godward LLP are going to help you get up to speed on open source software issues.  Even if you don’t practice intellectual property or information technology law, it’s a good idea to familiarize yourself with the relevant concepts.  That way, you can be up on the lingo and better able to "geek out" with your CIO and MIS department at company outings.  Here is the intro from the article.
