In-House Counsel/Outside Counsel Committee of NYCLA Meeting (Wednesday, April 4, 2012, 6:30 PM, NYC)

The In-house/Outside Counsel Committee of the New York County Lawyers’ Association will hold its regular meeting on Wednesday, April 4 at 6:30 pm. The meeting will be held at the offices of McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP (230 Park Avenue, Suite 1700, New York, NY 10169). Anyone interested in joining the Committee and/or NYCLA is encouraged to attend.

At each periodic meeting, the Committee discusses different issues that arise in the context of the relationship between in-house and outside counsel. Committee members are divided into five sub-committees that focus on the following topics: Compliance and Ethics Issues, Numerous Roles Played By In-house Counsel, Optimizing the In-house Counsel/Outside Counsel Relationship – Litigation, Optimizing the In-house Counsel/Outside Counsel Relationship – Transactional, and Social Media and Technology Issues. At each meeting, Committee members are encouraged to actively participate by expressing their views through open conversation and by suggesting topics for future discussions.
