The In-house/Outside Counsel Committee of the New York County Lawyers’ Association will hold its regular meeting this coming Wednesday, January 18th. At each periodic meeting, the Committee discusses different issues that arise in the context of the relationship between in-house and outside counsel. At this upcoming meeting, the agenda will include the following discussion topics:
• Has An Economic Structural Shift In The Legal Marketplace Taken Place? If Not, Is One Underway?
• Alternative Fee Arrangements
At each meeting, Committee members are encouraged to actively participate by expressing their views through open conversation and by suggesting topics for future discussions.
