New NLRB social media report advises specificity

Does your social media policy have an appropriate level of specificity? Do you even have a social media policy? NLRB social media reports can provide some guidance on the issue – but for some it is not yet enough:

Treading the unsteady ground of social media can be treacherous for employers, many of whom feel that, even after two reports from the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), they need more guidance on how to craft an effective social media policy.
