New Battle Brews Over UCITA, Software Licensing Terms

The battle between software vendors and their customers may be heating up again. While the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act (UCITA) was adopted only in Virginia and Maryland, the group that led the opposition to it has been developing its own set of guiding principles that may one day form the basis for a model bill to be adopted in each state.  Read more at Computerworld: New Battle Brews Over UCITA, Software Licensing Terms.
