Fellow blawgers Robert Ambrogi and Robert Hyndman have pointed InhouseBlog to two additional sources for free agreements (check out an earlier post for other sources). The first source is OneCLE which appears similar to FindLaw’s Corporate Counsel Center. The second source is the Cori-K Base, which contains an archive of 25,000 agreements and has search functionality that will be enhanced in mid-February.
