Pinterest snags Michael Yang for their GC spot:
Online scrapbooking site Pinterest has hired Michael Yang, an associate GC at Google, as its first general counsel. Pinterest has exploded in popularity recently, and in March raised $100 million, giving it a $1.5 billion valuation. But the company is facing some possibly thorny legal issues, particularly related to copyrights.
