With bills over 3,500 hours a year, lawyer loses license

Lawyer loses license – and must make restitution – for claims of having worked over 3,500 hours annually in multiple years:

A sole practitioner who claimed to have worked well over 3,500 hours annually while representing parents and children in juvenile court and guardianship matters during two fiscal years between 2007 and 2009 has lost his law license for four years.
