Law Students “Losing” – Budget Control Act Eliminates Subsidized Interest Loans for Graduate Students

As if law students didn’t have enough to worry about.

The CBO estimates that the Budget Control Act of 2011 will save approximately $26.3 billion over 2012-2021 by eliminating the federal government’s subsidized graduate student loan program.
