LA Trend: More Confidentiality Contracts

If you thought getting all of your contractors and vendors to sign confidentiality agreements was hard, then you should stop complaining. In LA, counsel to the glitterati are busy amending their contracts for lawn and pool care companies, plumbers, delivery services and the like to include confidentiality provisions. The fear is that someone will snap a few cell phone shots and post them on YouTube or some other social networking site. Maybe in these lengthy contracts you can also get the companies to agree to something other than “We’ll be there between 9 and 4 on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday”.
