The Home Depot has filled its general counsel position, which has been open since Jack A. VanWoerkom retired after trading in $6.7 million worth of company stock earlier this year. MetLife’s deputy GC, Teresa Wynn Roseborough, will start work at the retailer’s corporate office Nov. 7.
