Another Biglaw merger in the works?

Denver-based Holme Roberts & Owen is reportedly discussing a potential acquisition by Bryan Cave. The Daily Journal (sub. req.) quotes unidentified sources who say the 170-lawyer Holme Roberts is in talks with the larger 1,000-lawyer firm.
