by Editors on May 2, 2006

Friend of InhouseBlog Rob Hyndman has tracked down a great resource for inhouse counsel who practice intellectual property law:

"Dickstein Shapiro has published a guide to IP law for inhouse counsel. It’s 149 pages long – handy – if you don’t intend to read it you can print it and use it to beat infringers or opposing counsel into submission."
