Governing Law of the Highest Power?

If you negotiate a lot of contracts, you know that governing law provisions are often sticking points.  A recent post at AboveTheLaw.com points to a governing law provision in a software license agreement that would require some thought – it proposes to be “governed solely and exclusively by the principles written in the Holy Bible.”  Talk about holding vendors to a higher standard!
