More Female ‘Fortune’ 500 GCs Than Ever Before, Survey Shows

The profit-quashing doldrums of the financial crisis trimmed the number of women general counsel at Fortune 500 companies to 85 last year (down from 92 in 2008). But a new survey shows the number of Fortune 500 female GCs increased to the highest level ever this year, now at 94.
