Some day (hopefully soon) InhouseBlog will come up with a wacky business method patent and spend the rest of its days collecting royalty payments.  Until that day, we’re here to give you the news.  The latest news it that your company might have to pay royalties if it uses certain methods to compensate its managers – all thanks to Ex parte Lundgren, a recent patent case.  Head over to the Conglomerate blog for the full details.
