Ken Adams, the nationally recognized contracts guru and author of the AdamsDrafting blog, is presenting the sixth in a series of acclaimed webinars on contract drafting on July 14th. It consists of a conversation between Ken and Bryn Vaaler, a partner in the corporate group of Dorsey & Whitney LLP, about why contract language is the way it is and what the prospects are for change. The webcasts are offered by West LegalEdcenter and are sponsored by Business Integrity, developer of ContractExpress DealBuilder, a leading document-assembly software. Each webcast is launched with a “live” session, with Ken answering questions, and is then made available on demand.
The webcasts make Ken’s expertise available to those who aren’t able to make it to his seminars. They’ve been West LegalEdcenter’s most popular webcasts this summer. If you can’t make the webcast, don’t forget to pick up a copy of the second edition of Ken’s book “A Manual of Style for Contract Drafting”, which has been described as “the bible of contract drafting for years to come.”
