Every two weeks, a group of out-of-work lawyers meets in downtown Chicago to share employment leads, talk about the frustrations of their job searches and lend support to one another.They call themselves the "Senior In-House Counsel In Transition" because they all used to work for corporate law departments and each has more than 15 years of experience. Some have been jobless for nearly two years and counting.
