Wal-Mart to Require Outside Law Firms to Have Flextime Policies

Wal-Mart has been known to throw its weight around with manufacturers and suppliers – and it appears that this extends to the law firms it uses. Wal-Mart is now requiring that law firms that it utilizes have flextime policies. For rank and file attorneys at outside law firms there was much rejoicing.
