Global Growth Has the Greatest Impact on In-House Legal Departments

The pace and scope of global corporate expansion has the biggest impact on in-house legal departments, according to attendees at a recent Association of Corporate Counsel Greater New York Chapter event. Of more than 100 senior corporate counsel polled at the event, 38.2 percent pegged global growth as having the most impact. Other top concerns included the increasing costs of outside counsel and the economic downturn.
