Stage Is Set for More In-House Drama

Recalling some of the drama, tragedy, intrigue and suspense involving in-house counsel in 2007, attorneys Gordon J. Calhoun and Susan F. Friedman address notable past acts’ ramifications, and lend insight into the potential exposures that will set the stage for the remainder of 2008. They note that those in-house counsel who are best able to protect themselves understand the risks of their roles and have come to the realization that it’s no longer a dress rehearsal.
