A public company (sales of approx. $280 M) and a leader in the digital imaging industry, is looking for a General Counsel who will report to the company’s President & CEO. The attorney should have a strong transactional focus and understand all of the matters to be addressed as a public company e.g. proxy preparation, strategic alliances/partnerships, intellectual property, contracts, corporate governance matters, Sarbanes-Oxley, board & stockholder matters, etc. As importantly he/she must be experienced and effective counseling the President in ongoing business development opportunities, be general managerial in his/her thinking and have commercial sagacity.
