InsideCounsel is looking for the country’s most innovative law departments for our annual feature “The IC-10.” Published in our September issue, the IC-10 highlights 10 legal departments that have developed best practices for solving a variety of business, management and legal problems.

In the past, we have recognized the achievements of legal departments ranging from PepsiCo.’s 123-lawyer team and its interdisciplinary public policy group to National Product Services’ solo GC’s plan for reducing products liability claims. What all the departments we profile have in common is that they’ve come up with smart, nuts-and-bolts ways to do their jobs more effectively and efficiently.
