One of the world’s largest hospitality companies, located in the New York metropolitan area, is looking for an attorney with a minimum of 7 years of experience in technology transactions and knowledge in the following areas- outsourcing, licensing, data security and privacy. The responsibilities will include working closely with the business team to provide general legal guidance regarding IT matters, drafting and negotiating a broad range of IT agreements, and advising on the technology aspects of acquisitions and other transactions.
