The "dork alert" sirens are blaring already - and we just started the New Year.  Fortunately, this wish list is geared toward making your department more efficient:

"As we face 2006, corporate counsel (and general counsel in particular) will increasingly look to technology to meet demands for faster and more cost-effective legal work, and more reliable and transparent corporate compliance. With that in mind, what might be a GC’s "wish list" for tech innovations from outside counsel?"
