Beware Your Trail of Digital Fingerprints

Yesterday, friend of InhouseBlog and top blawger Dennis Kennedy was quoted in the New York Times. Here’s the
link to the article, called "Beware Your Trail of Digital
    Fingerprints
". The article is a great introduction to the sometimes
embarrassing world of metadata – the hidden information that can
sometimes be found in Microsoft Word and other documents, and Dennis is quoted in a
number of places.  We’ve reported on metadata issues in the past - and these issues are sure to be with us for some time.  Don’t forget to forward this post to your company’s CIO or head of MIS.
