More Electronic Discovery Resources

by Editors on May 24, 2005

Legal guru Dennis Kennedy has a new post on electronic discovery resources – it’s a must read if you are grappling with e-discovery issues.  The post contains links to a number of podcasts and other free materials that will get you up to speed.  If you aren’t sure what a podcast is, don’t be afraid.  Podcasts are audio recordings that you can stream from the web to your computer and – if you’re lucky enough to have one – download them to your iPod or other MP3 player.   If you don’t know what an iPod or an MP3 player is you should contact your children immediately.
