Spam Suit Filed Against Kraft Foods

Well it looks like the Federal CAN-SPAM act is not as toothless as the pundits have said – Kraft Foods has been sued for the acts of its subsidiary in promoting Gevalia coffee through emails.  It’s another reminder make sure that your company is in compliance.  Find out more at the EEJD blog.
