ICANN has designated .JOBS and .TRAVEL as two new top-level domain names (TLDs). What does this mean for your company? It means that you should talk to your IT and/or IP departments regarding potentially registering your trade marks and trade names under these new domains (e.g., apple.jobs, etc.). Don’t forget about .EU domain names and double-check that your company is protecting its domain name assets.
