New Deferred Compensation Rules

Some of my colleagues at Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Perretti LLP have published a couple of articles on the new rules that apply to the taxation of deferred compensation. You can read the articles here and here. These rules were put into effect by the American Jobs Creation Act of 2004.
