Who’s Suing Whom in IP?

by Editors on February 8, 2005

The Translation Station offers a new tool to search for patent, trademark and copyright litigation.  The search tool lets you pick the subject matter area, court name (or state) and case name.  You can also limit your search to litigation after a certain date.  While the tool is not an adequate replacement for comprehensive searches, it may be another quick way to conduct preliminary due diligence to flag intellectual property issues for further exploration.
