New PLI Article: Negotiating the Purchase Price

    Our friends at the Practising Law Institute have made another free article available that should be helpful to transactional attorneys.  Negotiating the Purchase Price is a succinct overview of topics ranging from forms of consideration, earnouts and post-closing purchase price adjustments.  The article is part of PLI’s Drafting Corporate Agreements 2004-2005 course handbook.  PLI is running a promotion on all of its 2004 volumes - you can pick them up for $99 each through 1/31/05.
